Resi
Il cliente che per qualsiasi ragione non si ritenesse soddisfatto dell’acquisto effettuato, ha il diritto di recedere dal contratto stipulato, senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, entro 14 giorni dalla data dell’ordine. Ai fini della scadenza del termine la merce si intende restituita nel momento in cui viene consegnata allo spedizioniere di competenza. La sostanziale integrità del bene da restituire è condizione essenziale per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso. Tutti gli articoli dovranno pervenire nelle medesime condizioni di ricezione, provvisti delle etichette, degli imballi. Gli articoli non devono essere stati alterati in alcun modo e non devono mostrare alcun segno di usura o di utilizzo.
La modalità per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso è rappresentata da una richiesta di reso via e-mail all’indirizzo customercare@soniaolivieri.com. Nella richiesta deve essere specificato il numero d’ordine e l/gli articolo/li che si desiderano restituire o cambiare. Successiva ad essa, dal nostro customer service verranno inoltrate le istruzioni per la restituzione.
Sonia Olivieri accetterà la merce resa riservandosi di constatare che i prodotti siano stati riconsegnati seguendo le istruzioni precedentemente descritte. Sonia Olivieri si riserva il diritto di rifiutare tentativi di reso non autorizzati e non conformi alle politiche di reso specificate.
Il reso per i residenti in Italia ha un costo di 6 €, in Sicilia, Sardegna e Calabria ha un costo di 7 €, in Europa di 20 €, negli Stati Uniti di 42,30 € e nella Repubblica Dominicana di 66,24 €.

– Tutti i prodotti devono essere resi nelle condizioni originali, con il proprio packaging integro e le proprie etichette.
– I resi potrebbero essere rimborsati entro 3-5 giorni lavorativi dalla loro ricezione
– La responsabilità degli articoli resi rimane a carico del cliente fin quando raggiungano i nostri magazzini
The customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of order. For the purposes of the expiry of the deadline, the goods are considered to be returned at the time they are delivered to the relevant forwarder. The substantial integrity of the items to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. All articles must be received in the same conditions, with labels and packaging. The items must not have been altered in any way and must not show any signs of wear or use.
The procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal is represented by a return request via e-mail to customercare@soniaolivieri.com The order number and/or item/s to be returned or exchanged must be specified in the request. After it, our customer service will send instructions for the return.
Sonia Olivieri will accept the returned products, by checking that the products have been returned following the instructions described above. Sonia Olivieri reserves the right to refuse unauthorized return attempts that do not comply with the specified return policies.
