Returns

The customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of the order. For the purposes of the expiry of the term, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the relevant carrier. The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. All items must arrive in the same conditions as received , with labels and packaging. The items must not have been altered in any way and must not show any signs of wear or use.

The method for exercising the right of withdrawal is represented by a return request via email to customercare@soniaolivieri.com . The request must specify the order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange . After this, our customer service will forward the instructions for the return.

Sonia Olivieri will accept the returned goods reserving the right to verify that the products have been returned following the instructions previously described. Sonia Olivieri reserves the right to refuse unauthorized return attempts and those that do not comply with the specified return policies.

The return for residents in Italy costs €6, in Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria it costs €7, in Europe €20, in the United States €42.30 and in the Dominican Republic €66.24.

– Returns may be refunded within 3-5 business days of receiving them

– The responsibility for returned items remains with the customer until they reach our warehouses

The procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal is represented by a return request via e-mail to customercare@soniaolivieri.com The order number and/or item/s to be returned or exchanged must be specified in the request. After it, our customer service will send instructions for the return.
