Shipping methods
We ship to Italy, Europe, United States and Dominican Republic.
The tracking service of the package will be activated as soon as the shipment is ready to be shipped. The customer will receive an email with the tracking number to track the shipment.
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday , both in the morning and in the afternoon. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times. In the event of the recipient's absence , the courier will leave a notice of passage, via a label attached to the address. Delivery will be attempted twice: then, if unsuccessful, the courier will try to contact the recipient. Sonia Olivieri will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier.
In the case of deliveries made to receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), Sonia Olivieri will not be held responsible for subsequent failed deliveries of the package to the final recipient.
If a destination country does not appear among those listed in the shipping method selection, it means that delivery of the products to that country is not currently planned.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact , not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported by making a specific note on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days of delivery , according to the methods set out in this document.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs in Italy are free for orders over €50.00. Shipping costs are € 10 for Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria and € 8.54 for other regions .
The cost of shipping to Europe is €20 .
Shipping costs to the United States are €42.30
The cost of shipping to the Dominican Republic is €66.24
Shipping times
The delivery of products in Italy usually takes place within 24 hours of processing the order, which will be duly communicated to the customer. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed and shipped the following day.
The delivery of products in Europe with our courier usually takes 2 to 5 working days from the order processing. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed and shipped the following day.
The delivery of products to non-EU countries with our courier usually takes place from 5 to 7 business days from order processing. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next day.
Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, by malfunctions in the courier's service, by force majeure or in the event of holidays.
In case of purchase by credit card or PayPal , the delay in shipping may be caused by the impossibility of withdrawing the amount authorized for payment.
The delivery times indicated by Sonia Olivieri must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent fractional shipments does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or indemnity.

Any damage to the packaging and/or product or mismatch of the number of packages or indications , must be immediately noted, placing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
