Our apple is unique : it grows only on the Sibillini Mountains, around 600 meters above sea level, it is a Slow Food presidium and is part of the ancient fruits of the Marche region. From the peel and pulp of the pink apple of the Sibillini Mountains we obtain the bioliquefied , the main component of the Sonia Olivieri Anti-Stress face cream. This active ingredient has a very high antioxidant power , equal to 681 ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity), thanks to the presence of polyphenols, anthocyanins and flavonoids (in particular quercetin). It also stimulates the proliferation of fibroblasts , inhibits collagenase, activates microcirculation, fights free radicals and protects against damage caused by UV rays, smog and atmospheric agents. The fructose contained in the pulp has a high hydrating power , while the alpha-hydroxy acids have an exfoliating and illuminating action . The apple is also rich in prebiotics (FOS) that strengthen the skin barrier . The extraction occurs through natural enzymatic hydrolysis , without solvents, keeping the active ingredients intact.

Texture piacevole, assorbimento rapido, delicata fragranza: questi sono punti di forza indiscutibili. Idrata bene e dona un tepore naturale al viso, ma se la tua pelle è molto secca o in fase di forte stress, può risultare un po’ “leggera”. La componente antiossidante è eccellente grazie alla mela rosa, ma per un effetto rigenerante completo sento il bisogno di affiancarci un siero specifico. La consiglio a chi ha la pelle normale o mista, ma chi cerca un trattamento anti‑age più intensivo potrebbe trovarla insufficiente.
Dopo circa due settimane di utilizzo regolare mattina e sera la mia pelle appare decisamente più luminosa e compatta. La texture è leggera, si assorbe in un attimo e non lascia alcuna sensazione untuosa — perfetta anche sotto il makeup. Il profumo delicato, con una nota fruttata e naturale, rende l’applicazione un vero piacere. La reputo l’ideale per chi cerca un trattamento efficace ma non aggressivo.
È diventata una coccola quotidiana: la crema idrata a fondo, protegge dagli stress ambientali (smog, sbalzi termici), lasciando la pelle morbida per tutto il giorno. La mela rosa dei Monti Sibillini, presidio Slow Food con elevato contenuto di polifenoli (ORAC 681), offre una buona azione antiossidante.
